These terms apply to your use of the Us app and usmoments.app ("Us", "we"). By using Us you agree to them. Us is operated by Linsen Zhang, New York, USA.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Us. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You own what you add to Us — your photos, voice recordings and words. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run Us for you and the person you share your space with, including the automated analysis described in our Privacy Policy. This permission ends when the content is deleted.
Only add content you have the right to share, and don't use Us for anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Shared spaces
A space is shared between two people, and both can see and add to everything in it. If one of you leaves, each keeps a copy of what was shared until then. If you delete your account while your partner remains, the shared moments stay with them.
Early access
Us is in early testing. Features may change, and things may occasionally break. Please keep your own copies of photos that matter to you — Us is a place to keep moments together, not a backup service. You can export your memories at any time.
Printed products
If we offer a printed yearbook, its price and terms will be shown before you order.
Ending
You can stop using Us and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Disclaimers
Us is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of content. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
